Why we exist
Manual screening doesn't scale, and it never scaled fairly to begin with. The tools built to fix that measure rote, memorized skill — and they're getting easier for candidates to game with their own AI use, or simply left behind by it.
We think the answer isn't to ban AI from the room and pretend the problem away. It's to build assessments and grading that account for how people actually work now, hold up to scrutiny, and produce a decision a recruiter can stand behind — not just a score.

Where we are today
We're early. Right now we're onboarding our first hiring teams as design partners — working closely with them to get the assessment, the grading, and the funnel right before we scale it wide.
That's deliberate, not a caveat. Being early means your team's workflow can actually shape the product, and we can move on feedback in days, not quarters. We'd rather be direct about that stage than dress it up.
